Cross-platform XR template
One app for every headset, pair of glasses, phone and computer: a product shown in your own room where the device has passthrough, in a photographed room where it does not.
- Built on
- React Three Fiber + @react-three/xr + uikit, mixed reality with a device layer, in a Vite project. It is ordinary code in a folder on your computer: read it, edit it, keep it.
- Comes with
- The Builder plan and higher. See pricing.
- Runs on
- Any WebXR browser, such as Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro, and a flat screen with mouse or touch. The app has an emulated headset to try it before you put one on.
Requests to try
Start a project from this template and send one of these as it is, or change it to what you have in mind.
- Turn this into a configurator for our office desk: three desk-top finishes, two leg colours, a slider for the height from 65 to 125 cm, and the price updating in the panel.
- Show a maintenance checklist beside the machine: eight steps I tick off with my finger, a progress bar, and the current step highlighted on the model.
- Make a showroom wall of live KPIs: fetch our numbers from a JSON address every minute and show them as large tiles and bar charts two metres away.
- Let people place several pieces of furniture from a catalogue list in their room, move each one, and see the total price in the panel.
- Add a Compare tab that puts two models side by side on the stand with their specs in two columns, and a button to swap which one is placed in the room.
