Loft viewing

A viewing of the loft with six info points and five stops, ending at the sofa with the asking price and a Book a visit button.

A capture of the project running in Graspable's emulated headset. A bright brick loft seen from the headset at the third stop, Window wall: tall factory windows, a dark plate with the stop text and Back and Next buttons, two glowing info points, a sofa and plants.

The request, word for word

This is the text that was sent to the agent to start the project. Nothing was edited for this page.

Make this a viewing of the loft, as an estate agent would show it. Replace the starter tour and info points. Six info points at real features of the loft (look at the place and choose what is really there: the tall windows, the brick wall, the worktable, the sofa corner, the floor, the ceiling beams or what you find). Each one is a small glowing marker that opens when I point at it and pull the trigger (click on the desktop), showing a plate with the feature's name, one line about it and one honest fact an agent would give (size in metres, material, which way it faces). A guided viewing with five stops that walks me through the loft: a panel that follows at my left shows "Stop 2 of 5", the name of the stop, two lines of text and Back and Next buttons. Choosing Next walks me smoothly to the next stop and turns me towards what the text is about; I can also walk freely with the thumbstick (W A S D on the desktop) and never pass through walls or furniture. The last stop is the sofa corner: there the panel shows the asking price "€ 1,850 per month", the floor area, and a "Book a visit" button; pressing it shows "Thank you, we will be in touch" and a Start again button. Near the door where I start, a standing sign shows a small floor plan of the loft drawn in code, with the five stops as numbered dots and a dot for where I am now that moves as I walk. All plates are dark with warm white text, readable from three metres, never inside walls or furniture, and they should feel like part of a well designed viewing app, not debug labels. It has to work in VR in the emulated headset with the controllers and on the desktop with mouse and keys.

How it went

Runs
One run: the request above, and it was done. A run ends only when the project builds and loads in a real browser without errors.
Started from
The World Explorer template: Walk through a generated place as if it were solid: floors hold you, walls and furniture stop you, with info points and a guided tour.
Notes and credits
One request, no follow-ups. The viewing panel stands to the right and is angled away from you, and Next jumps to the next stop instead of walking there. AI: Graspable agent.

Build your own

Graspable is a desktop app. Describe the scene you want, and the agent builds it as a real project on your computer and checks that it runs. It is free with your own AI account.
