A team is a group of people on one Studio plan. Everyone in the team:
- uses the Studio plan,
- spends from one shared pool of Credits,
- can open the cloud projects shared with the team.
Studio is priced per seat and starts at 3 seats. A seat is one person, or one invitation that is still open. See Plans and billing.
Start a team
- Subscribe to Studio in Settings → Plan and choose the number of seats.
- Open Settings → Team. Your team is there, with you as its owner.
Invite someone
- In Settings → Team, enter their email and choose Invite.
- They open Graspable, sign in with that email under Settings → Graspable account, and open Settings → Team.
- They choose Join.
No email is sent: tell them yourself. An invitation is valid for 14 days and only for that email address.
If all seats are in use, change Seats first. The difference is charged or credited on the next invoice.
Roles

The owner changes a role in the list of people.
Share a project
A shared project is a Cloud Agent project in Graspable cloud. There is one copy, in the cloud, and everyone works on it.
- Open the project and click This computer in the header.
- Choose Move to Graspable cloud and share with your team.
To share a project that is already in Graspable cloud, click Cloud in the header and choose Share with your team.
Open a shared project
On the project list, shared projects appear under Shared with your team. Choose Open. Nothing is copied to your computer; your app connects to the project in the cloud.
What is shared:

Only one run can go at a time in a project. If a teammate has a run going, you are asked to wait until it is finished.
Who used what
Settings → Team shows the Credits each person used this month.
Move a shared project back
The person who moved it to the cloud, or a team owner or admin, can choose Move back to this computer. The project then lives on that person's computer and is no longer shared.
A member who opened a shared project can choose Remove from my list. The project stays with the team.
Leave or remove someone
In Settings → Team, choose Leave on your own row, or Remove on someone else's. That person is back on their own plan and can no longer wake or open team projects.
A project they had already opened stays reachable from their app until it is paused or moved. To be sure, move the project back to your computer and share it again.
